Refund Policy

At Processly Studio, we sell digital products including templates, productivity resources, and downloadable business materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The product was not delivered.

  • The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.
